ACT TEST DATES

 

Team Test Prep Workshops with Dennis Crandall 824-8239 for dates and info. They have always run two evening workshops, Mon. and Tues. from 6-9 p.m. before the Sat. SAT tests, for each test given each year. Additionally, they always do one Sat. workshop at HHS or Windsor that Mrs. Nimmo coordinates with Dennis Crandall. This year they are offering an "Advanced Study Workshop" on the SAT during the summer.

Tame the SAT workshops which are offered through USC and held in several locations around the state. This fall one will be held at the
Sonoma County Hilton on September 16-17, 2006. Students can register by phone (800-761-3086),  fax (323-660-2428), or mail (P.O. Box 27247, Los Angeles, CA 90027.) The price of the workshop is $220.

PSAT Prep Class - Click here for information and registration on the Assistance League's PSAT PREP class.

ACT - Register online, take some practice test questions, check out the national test dates, and try their test prep program. Also has information about the PLAN test and other ACT information.

College Board Online 
Register for the SAT online! Also, find a college search program, recommended high school courses for college, PSAT information and sample questions for both the SAT and PSAT. If you are taking SAT II tests in math, this site will tell you which one to take. This is your full service website for college planning.

Peterson’s – This is a great site for SAT, ACT and PSAT test information. Here you can take practice exams, purchase prep material and they offer college search and planning information.

PSAT - Here is the direct link to PSAT information, which is a test given to Juniors in October. It is also the National Merit Semi-finalist Qualifying Test. This site explains the PSAT and the National Merit Competition. It also has online review questions.

Kaplan Test Prep
A well known commercial test prep company that has classes all over the country for the ACT, SAT, and many other tests. They also have a parent newsletter that has tips for the entire college admissions/fin aid process. You can sign up for it here.

Baylor Test Prep - Testing sites available in Omaha to help with the ACT and SAT. There is a cost.

Test Prep Review - This site offers on-line ACT/SAT practice tests for no charge.

ASVAB Program - This site has information about the ASVAB test, career exploration and planning for the future.
